Terms and Conditions

When purchasing at kristinadam.dk you automatically accept the terms and conditions stipulated below. Consequently, we recommend that you read the terms through carefully before purchasing.

These terms and conditions apply to private consumers' purchase of goods in Kristina Dam Studios webshop. It is not possible to give in VAT/CVR. numbers in the webshop. If you wish to shop on behalf of a business, please contact our customer service on order@kristinadam.dk. If you place an order in the webshop on behalf of a business within the EU, you are responsible for claiming the VAT, not Kristina Dam Studio ApS. 

We accept the following debit and credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and EuroCard. We don’t charge any fees for credit card payments. All prices are stated in Euro and includes 25% Danish VAT.

In order to purchase items at kristinadamstudio.dk you must fill in your personal information and payment information. Once your order has been placed you will receive an auto-generated order confirmation via email. When your purchase has been accepted and the item is registered in our stock, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

Delivery

We deliver goods within the European Union. The delivery guidelines below are approximations and not a guarantee of delivery within the stated time:

Shipping

All goods are sent from Denmark. Freight charges will appear from the order confirmation before you pay. We carefully pack goods in protective boxes or tubes to secure that products will arrive in perfect condition. However, if the content is damaged upon receipt, please report this to us immediately or at the latest 2 days after receipt to order@kristinadam.dk

Returns and Exchanges

Items bought from Kristina Dam Studio are fully returnable within 14 days upon receipt. The items must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were upon receipt, in the same original packaging. Returns and exchanges happens at your own risk and expense, and is to be handled by you.

If you wish to return your order, please contact us by email with your order number and the reason for returning. Please contact us at order@kristinadam.dk before sending back the item, and we will provide you with directions for return. Please note that expense for the return shipment is paid by you.

When we have received the item and approved the return we will transfer the purchase amount to your account within 14 days. Please remember to keep your post office receipt as a documentation that the goods have been sent.

Kristina Dam Studio trades in accordance with the guidelines and laws established by the National Consumer Agency of Denmark. Complaints can be made in accordance with the rules established by the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means that you can make a complaint of defects and faults in the product, which has occurred within 24 months after the purchase. This does, however, not apply to defects, damages or wear caused by misuse, lacking maintenance or ordinary wear and tear. If you live in EU you can use Online Dispute Resolution to judge about complains of good or services.

If the complaints are entitled you will get a refund of your shipping costs with in fair limits. When you return the item please inform us about the problem as detailed as possible. Please make sure the item is delivered safe and sound and make sure to get a receipt for the shipping so we can refund the amount.

All communication between our payment system and the cardholder is made through an encrypted SSL-line (Secure Socket Layer). In other words only Stripe and Paypal have access to your data. It is not possible neither for us nor any other unauthorised entity to see or read data, which is exchanged in connection with the purchase.

If you order from a country, which is a member of the EU you pay Danish VAT but no customs duty in accordance with the rules of free movement of goods. However, if you order from a country outside the EU local taxes and duties may be added, for which we cannot be held responsible. If this is the case the carrier will contact you. Please note that this could involve some delay of the consignment, as the goods are retained by the customs. From this point it is your responsibility to contact the carrier and pay for the added additional costs.

We cannot guarantee that colours in the website are fully equivalent to the items’ actual colours. This depends partly on the colour settings of your computer and monitor.

When you buy a product from Kristina Dam Studio you automatically except that we sign you up to receive our newsletter. You will receive information about new products, special offers, events etc. This service can be switched off at any time if you don’t wish to receive the newsletters anymore. You can unsubscribe at the button of the newsletter.

The content on this website is protected by intellectual property rights and belong to Kristina Dam Studio. Any material on the website, including image pictures, designs and graphics, may not be reproduced, and it may not be used commercially without referring to Kristina Dam Studio.
