For security reasons, we do not store payment information in our system. We collect your email address to be able to send you an order confirmation by email and inform you when your order has been shipped. Your name and address will be placed on a label placed outside the package of your purchased items before shipping. We only pass your information to our partners to the extent that it is necessary in order to dispatch your orders. Kristina Dam Studio processes personal data for marketing purposes in accordance with applicable law, including the requirement to obtain consent before sending out electronic marketing. You are entitled, upon request, to disclose what information we have registered about you and object to a registration under the Personal Data Act. If the information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted. Kristina Dam Studio stores personal information and relevant purchase data for 5 years according to the accounting requirement. What data do we have on you? The data we collect is typically your name, your address, your email address and phone number in connection with a purchase in our webshop (this information is entered by the customer itself). When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address.
What is the purpose of this data?
In order to maintain and send your order / newsletters to you, it is necessary to obtain this data. The data we collect comes exclusively from what you type in yourself whenn using the Kristina Dam Studio webshop, or if you subscribe to our newsletter.
Can I get insight into my data?
According to the Personal Data Regulation, you as a customer have the right to know what information we have in our database. Please send your inquiry to: personaldata@kristinadam.dk and we will try to process your request within 4 weeks – max 3 months. Please note that your right to insight applies in most cases, but there are exceptions. You may appeal to the Data Protection Agency if you believe that you do not receive the information that you are entitled to in accordance with the legislation.
