Carlsberg Byen

The historic 1920s Mineralvandsfabrikken, a rare listed building, has been transformed into housing. Renowned architect Dorthe Mandrup designed the two-storey luxury homes atop the beautifully renovated industrial structure.

Kim Grenaa of Grenaa Creative handled the interior design of one apartment, featuring bright spaces, concrete floors, oak panels, and steel-and-marble kitchens. The decor includes a curated selection of Kristina Dam Studio’s designs, perfectly complementing the apartment’s materials.

The apartment's architecture and materials provide an ideal setting for Kristina Dam Studio's simple, graphic designs. The Bauhaus Table and Collector Chair harmonize with the interior, while the Curved Bench adds a tactile element to the living room and oak panels.
